2 Different Server Transfer Bugs

There is a fix going in with this next patch:

• Fixed an issue that caused World Transfer conditions to falsely report as not met. Players should now be able to use World Transfer tokens if all conditions are truly met.

We are aware of and working on the other issue!

Increased Expertise Bumps

Sorry for the delay, but we’ve looked into this and it does seem like there was an issue here. We are working on a fix for this! It won’t be in tonight’s patch, but we are aiming for the next patch.

I’ve just checked and it seems to be appearing in the store for me! Can you maybe re-sort by release date or uncheck ‘Show Unlocked’ to see if it populates?

Hello! I can confirm that we have been working on the fix and it’s currently in testing. Catching it in PTR is very helpful for us because it means we’re working on correcting the issue as soon as possible, but sometimes it’ll still take time from when it’s reported to when it’s fixed, tested, and implemented into the game!

False Ban - Mass report and Ban's Issue

Unfortunately as Community Managers, we are not a part of the Game Moderation or Support team. I don’t have any visibility into Game Moderation or the actions that team takes or access to the tools or reports that they use to determine suspensions.

Please ask your friend to send in a ban appeal here: Appeal a Ban - Support | Amazon Games since all in-game moderation discussions will be with the Game Moderation team and the person involved.

Robinson Crusoe Cheating

Unfortunately no one on the forums has the ability to assist with this. Our Game Moderation team handles all in-game moderation actions. To report a player or a company, please reach out to their team here: Report a Player or Company - Support | Amazon Games

There should be instructions for both reporting a player/company in-game and off-game where you can include links for the team to review.

Zero azoth from festival basket

Azoth was not intended as a reward. There was a visual bug that was displaying it, but we have since patched this and you should no longer see “0 Azoth” on the reward screen.

No azoth in 10 event baskets!

Azoth was not an intentional reward for those containers, nor listed as a reward. It should no longer incorrectly appear.

• Fixed an issue with some containers unintentionally displaying 0 Azoth as a reward.
