Heartrunes don’t work properly with gear sets

Thanks for the report - moving to bug reports since it’s definitely not intended that equipping the same heartrune resets the cooldown. I’ve forwarded it to the team!

My gear is missing after logging in despite your proposed fix

Please make sure to check the following storages (Everfall, Windsward, Monarch’s Bluff, Brightwood, Cutlass Keys, Weavers Fen, both Great Cleave Outposts, Restless Shores, and Mourningdale). You can use the map to select each territory/outpost and view the storage contents. If you are currently at a storage shed, you can use the drop-down menu to cycle through the storages.

If you are still unable to locate your gear through those above listed storage containers, please logout, wait 2-3 minutes, and log back in.

If none of the steps above worked and your gear is still unable to be found, please contact Customer Support through their website so we can reunite you with your items!

Please equip the bags found in your inventory. If your bags are not in your inventory (on player inventory; not equipped), relog and wait 2-3 minutes. If the issue persists, please contact CS. Please do not drop your items in-case of accidental deletion.

My gear is still missing.

We are holding downtime on April 6th, 2023 at 2023-04-06T08:00:00Z for 60 minutes to address an issue that caused Territory Buffs to apply multiple times. All tiers of foods with the following buffs will remain disabled after downtime:

  • Weaponsmith
  • Jewelcrafter
  • Engineer
  • Arcanist
